I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at MotorOne Autobody Silverwater. After my vehicle’s repair, I... requested to wait for the air conditioner to be fixed before picking it up, which would have been just a two-week difference. Instead of understanding my situation, I was told to call my insurance company, and then they hung up on me!The lady on the phone even told me that, even if I called the insurance company, they would still ask me to pick up the car. However, I’m glad that my insurance company allowed me to wait until the car was fully repaired before collecting it!The poor communication and rude attitude are unacceptable. I expect better customer service, especially when dealing with something as important as car repairs. I wouldn’t recommend this garage if you’re looking for professional and courteous service. After picking up my car, I was disappointed to find the interior very dirty. The carpets were extremely dirty and stained black, suggesting that no protective coverings were used The seats are also covered with dust. Additionally, part of the seat has cotton leaking out. Choose another place if you can.read more

It's OK, just. That being said, if you have a choice then go elsewhere.Response: The issue wasn't that you wouldn't... repair the vehicle. The issue was the assessment that was given to me on site when I delivered the vehicle. After being contacted by another assessor, 20/20 hindsight indicates that the assessment when I delivered the vehicle to your premises was superficial at best and duplicitous at worst, in my opinion, which has resulted in more than a week delay in the repairs to the vehicle.read more

Posted the photos of the before and after. The staff here are very friendly and answered all my questions asked. Jack... especially was very friendly and understanding of my situation, also he was there when I picked up my car and gave me a run down of what’s been done. Overall very happy with the results!read more

Went to Motor One after my side mirror was knocked off by a speeding driver. They were unbelievably helpful and... provided a temporary fix to get me back on the road until the insurance was approved without charging me. Once insurance came through my vehicle was repaired in a day. The whole team was incredibly obliging and so easy to deal with. If I am unlucky enough to have another incident with my vehicle they will be my first stop without any hesitation. Thank you MotorOne for the amazing service. I am very grateful.read more

My car has uneven panel gaps and a sagging bumper post repair by Motorone Autobody Silverwater. Personally would never... return as the experience since noticing the issues has been nothing but a headache. The lack of customer service once you voice concerns about the repairs they did amazes me.read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.A while back, my car got waterlogged by a puddle around Olympic park (got showered by a few 4WD's... passing by as well). I was stuck and panicking until they closed the road 2 minutes later. Dave was driving by with his tow truck from an earlier call in the area - saw me on the other side of the road, turned around and fished me out. Dave is a really nice guy and his presence was reassuring. We would happily do business with him again.read more
