This smash repair is referred by my insurance company designated garage called Repair Hub in Underwood. However, they... cannot fix my car and they refer me to come over here.MotorOne is easy accessible and have a great team here. The staffs here are very professional and efficient.The front lady Tracy is incredible and friendly. She could answer all my question precisely and gave me the best solution. Tracey and Tanya are super helpful and they kept me informed the whole way through after my assessment until the car... was repaired. They also booked me a hire car for the time that it was repaired as well as Taxi vouchers to and from the hire car facility.They did a great job on the repairing the car and happy to recommend the team!read more

I just want to share how this business received my 5 star review.From the initial start right through to after the job... was completed they constantly kept me informed and end product was fantastic even though there was a mishap that was not their fault they immediately assisted and rectified the situation and were able to get me back on the road (safely). Had my car dropped of by an insurance company has completely let me down no call nothing asked for a copy of the... assessment and nothing when I asked what was going on they told me to call the insurance company, and then they called don't give an answer it's being repair but could be a written off but have been told it's been assessed what one is it they don't know what going on in there own shop or can't be bothered to call the owner of car. I've been completely let down buy the motorone team in every way would not recommend this company to any one it's nothing but a jokeread more

Went through insurance to get my smash repair done here at Motor One and had great service the entire process.... Reception was super helpful and informative with the booking and keeping me in the loop. All the staff were very professional and efficient - my car only went in the shop for one day and my smash repair was done the next day! Absolutely amazing job and even got a free car detail and clean when I picked my car up. Would definitely recommend this team any day!read more

They charged an excessive amount for a minor job that was done on a vehicle that was brought it (not my vehicle but... someone else that I got into an accident with). Absolutely ridiculous the amount they charged for!! Not happy with their serviceread more

A big thank you for looking after my Mustang. Your panel beaters have done a great job on fixing the screw driver... damage done by a low life culprit twice my age. I left your shop with a big grin feeling like I just bought it new again. My first experience claiming and the reception was so helpful and informing of the process, Tracey kept me up to date... along the way and help make me feel at ease. As for the repairs and quality, it was amazing, just like brand new, plus an added clean of the car! I would recommend and go back in the future!read more

They repaired some minor damage on my car from an accident. When we got the car back there was a used polishing rag in... the boot, Masking tape still around the petrol cap and door, an interior screw cover was still open, a screw sitting in the centre console and some scrap paper on the floor. The work they did was okay but I'd give them a 1 out of 10 for presentation when handing the car back.read more

I have been to motor one autobody a couple of times now firstly to drop off my spare key to my car then secondly to... look at damage that was done to my car whilst it had been stolen from my home a few weeks ago the staff were so friendly and helpful especially when you're not feeling the best coz this has happened to you big smiles made me feel welcomed and very warming?🙂read more

We had our vehicle repaired at their Acacia Ridge workshop. When we picked up our vehicle, they took the payment from... us but not gave us an invoice. The admin lady promised they would email through the tax invoice in a couple of days. However the invoice never came through. Our accountant had to call them several times for a tax invoice to no avail. Every time we called we were given a different excuse such as “we only send invoices during month end batching”, “you have to call the Head Office in Melbourne”, etc. This is simply ridiculous.read more

I have used Motor One twice now and they have been incredible each time. Repairs have been flawless, staff absolutely... lovely, updates via text throughout the process, my car is always returned clean inside and out, and both times my car has been ready for collection early.
