Repairs carried out were prompt & I had no issues with. The repairs only took a few days more than expected due to a... Parts issue.Importantly I was able to see progress of the repairs when I called In unannounced. In fact they brought our car out to view. I asked for some touch up paint & that was no problem. Very disappointed with the job done on our car ,it’s what they call an orange peel effect on it communication with Aami... was bad and when we needed to know anything we had to ring Motor One car was there for a week we were to get it back on the Friday. We hadn’t herd anything My hubby rang motor One and we were told we wouldn’t get it back till the next week , we rang on the Monday and was told we would most likely not get it that day… They did ring later in the day and say it would be ready by 4pm .. some of the marks are still on the car , and we could not leave a review on the link they sent , it told us to remove our comments .. not happy at all …We certainly won’t be going through Aami again or Motor One..We would be like to acknowledge thatSince this ReviewMotor one have repaired all things on our car and they have gone above and beyond for us . We would like to thank them very much for taking the time to talk to us about what was wrong and going out of their way to make us happy …They also explained what could have happened to make the paint work look like it did …This was very much appreciated ..We would also like to thank Ed who assessed the car and Annette .. I am very disappointed with the service provided, got a date very quickly and than after three weeks came to know that... my car is sent to Sunbury. There was severe lack of communication and when asked for simple things like an email with a line or something about the update for car hire, they did not help. On the other hand, other place regularly updated me about the repair..... I will never go there in future if having other option... Hoping my case was an exception as generally everyone seems happy 😔read more

Very poor service. Came in for a quote that Belvue panels Bendigo did in about 3 minutes, advised I had to book an... appointment and it would cost $150. Not a smart way to conduct your business.read more

Waited 6 months to the date scheduled to be repaired and on the week repaired schedule i received a message from... MotorOne Bendigo to call them which i did then the lady told me they still waiting for parts, upon on our conversation with the lady i mentioned to her that i booked a car hire for 2 weeks and because of that i need to cancel my booking. I called RACV on 17 April 2024 and found out that they didn’t receive a quotation from MotorOne Bendigo last October 2023 after they made an assessment, but on other hand RACV confirmed they received a quotation last 15 April 2024 which supposedly to be made last year. After i make a complaint next day I received message to take my car for repaired from 22 April to 3 May 2024 and pick up my car last 7 May 2024. This company will not update you about the progress on the repair and when you call them you’ll hear a bunch of excuses. Please avoid this panel beater.read more

I would give 0 ratings if possible. Rude customer service, inconsistent service. They tell you one thing and then... change their answer multiple times. yell at you for the mistake they’ve done and don’t notify you of changes until a couple of days before a set appointment that I waited for for months. Horrible reception staff that don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and have the audacity to yell at you for asking for an explanation.Worst mechanic I’ve ever had displeasure of going to, a bunch of scammers. That are more interested in avoiding their responsibilities and covering their assess than helping customers. If you’re insurance company recommends them, run.read more

I had a terrible experience at this so-called RACV authorized repair shopAfter my wife's car was involved in an... accident, RACV suggested taking the car here to fix the damage, which included a small chip in the headlights.To my surprise, when I pointed out the chip on the day that I picked up the car, the accessor claimed that the headlight chip was a prior fault and not related to the accident. They said that it wouldn't be covered by the insurance. However, I knew for a fact that the crack was a direct result of the accident, and I even have photos that prove it.I contacted RACV seeking their assistance, but unfortunately, they weren't much help either. They advised me to wait for the accessor to call me back and clarify the issue, but that call never came.This whole situation feels like a scam. They don't seem to care about their customers and are more interested in avoiding their responsibilitiesread more

Highly recommend Penno’s. I had some damage repaired on my car. They made the whole insurance repair process a breeze.... Incredible service from the team at Pennos. After an initial week delay for parts to arrive (still an incredible time... line considering COVID delays nationwide), I dropped the car off and the Pennos team provided me with a lift to the hire car place. A miscommunication between the insurance company and the hire car company left me without a car seat for our newborn, so I rushed back to Pennos, where all stress was relieved and they took ours and fitted it in to the new car. Wasn't their error to fix but they did it with a smile. We were provided with a 2 week SLA for repairs, received updates as the car went through it's journey, and 4 days later, fixed!!! Went to pick it up and they had cleaned the whole car, not just the panels they repaired. Wonderful service, friendly people, and not many businesses conduct themselves like this!! Would highly recommend to anyoneread more

Wow!! Thank you Nick and the team at Penno Smash Repairs. I came in to get a private quote on a minor panel repair and... mentioned that I haven’t been able to get my leather in my BMW cleaned, believe me I have tried!!! Later that day I got a call from your office to say if I want the clean you can do it today. To say I am staggered with the results is an understatement. My 15 year old car looks a million bucks. Picked up my car today after a minor bingle which damaged the rear door, sill, wheel arch and rear bumper. Try as I... might I cannot see a hint of the repair.
