Had the unfortunate experience of having to use both Cleveland originally and then Northgate for my vehicle repair, from start to finish took over 3 1/2 months, during which communication and updates were non existent, unless you are prepared to do all the chasing, and then only to be met with the realm of excuse from asick panel beater, to xmas holiday the the best ever of "i dont want to push the boys in the workshop too hard"!!. Parts still being ordered up to 2 weeks before getting the vehicle back...and it is STILL not complete despite a promise of "parts should be here next week"...a perfect example of how to run an incompetent workshop...avoid at all costs if you can

Received much earlier time for repair than any other Tesla nominated repair places. Was updated regularly and when there was minor delay, I was informed. The receptionist Chloe and gentleman from workshop Petrie were both helpful. Thank you.

Thank you to the team at Toombul Road Paint & Panel. Just picked up my vehicle after having it repaired through my insurer. Not only are the repairs first class, but my car was detailed inside and out. The staff was very kind and helpful, they got my car fixed as soon as possible for me as I was trading my car in for a new car. I would recommend this company to my friends and family with no hesitation at all

Big thank you to the team at Toombul Road Paint & Panel. Just picked up my vehicle after having it repaired through my insurer. Not only are the repairs first class, but my car was detailed inside and out. They even buffed out some unrelated scratches in the door. The whole team were friendly helpful and informative and kept me up to date when there were some delays with parts beyond their control. Highly recommended.
