Terrible service. Unfortunately, we ended up at this place after our insurance sent us here to repair a scratch on the car door. They said it would take 10 days (which already seemed like a long time), but when that time passed, they said it would be ready in another two days. When that deadline arrived, they admitted they couldn’t deliver the car because they had broken a window part (the window was not part of the repair) and that the replacement piece would take a month to arrive.We decided to pick up the car anyway so we could use it in the meantime, and when we got home, we realized that the central locking system had been damaged, and we weren’t even notified. When we called to get it fixed, they told us to return to the shop, where we spent hours waiting for a solution that never came.The lack of professionalism and communication at this place is truly astonishing. Awful service.

I wish I could give this company many more stars.I was updated regularly, my rental car was all organised for me, I picked it up without any hassle. I dropped my rental car off and had a uber within 10 mins to pick me up and take me to my car. My car looks brand new,I was truly blown away by the excellent service and workmanship that went into fixing my car.MotorOne Autobody-Geelong North is the place you need to go talk to if you want a professionally, above average experience 😉

I found MotorOne Autobody Geelong North to be absolutely professional... The respect displayed by Dave and his team is absolutely mind blowing! The attention to detail in making sure that your vehicle is well assessed in order that it's repaired and fixed to the highest standard. I am currently waiting for parts and the honesty and that sense of commitment in making sure all parts are sourced ethically in making sure the repairs are done to the best standard is absolutely, commendable.I can't thank Dave enough along side his professional dedicated team and RACV Insurance for taking great care of their clients. I just had my car repaired here after being rear ended by another vehicle and this place were seriously amazing. The communication was fantastic and the people are extremely friendly. Plus they did a wonderful job with my car. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just picked up my Amarok and I have to say this is a first class automotive repairer. Amazing service I can highly recommend them.
