
Would not recommend, had a brand new car sent in by racv. Had the car from brand new for almost 3 months. Motor one had it for over 4 months. Had numerous due dates. Got told 3 days in a row the car would be ready, but never got contacted by them. I live 50 k ms out of town , took 3 days off of work without pay. Picked it up today and was utterly disappointed, full of glass still, paint job is despicable. Somehow damage to the car that was never there. Brand new car and somehow my tailights have fractures which are parts that have been removed.The paint job was absolutely atrocious.It is dimpled like orange peel on outside but flat as and al.ost
I had my car repaired at this agency after it was hit by a kangaroo in August last year. My insurance company recommended them, so I trusted their suggestion. However, I just got my car back yesterday, and I’m very disappointed with the results.
When I drove the car, I immediately noticed that the wheel alignment was off. This is something that should have been checked and fixed during the repair process. The most frustrating issue, though, is that my reverse camera is no longer working. My car was relatively new and only had minor front-end damage, so I can’t understand how the reverse camera ended up not functioning after the repairs.
Overall, I’ve had a poor experience with this repair agency.

Recently went to MotorOne in Bendigo for insurance work. Not only was I stuffed around endlessly but the estimator I dealt with didn’t have a clue about what was going on in the business. At one point he had to get his coworker “head estimator” who was equally useless. If my insurance company had made it easy to change repairers I absolutely would have. If only so I didn’t have to smell the pair of them ever again. I get its summer boys but do better yeah. Deodorant is a must.
Terrible experience with Motor one. Do not recommend! Reception staff were friendly and helpful, site manager was not! Timeliness given were not accurate, communication extremely poor. Will never use again!
