Update: it is my sincere apology that the rims and one unpainted part was from prior.The car was inspected today and... Motorone are going above and beyond to have my car bonnet and front bar fixed for me where there are painting and assembly issues. I am so thankful and also ashamed that I blamed them for two extra issues.Poor communication and 3 weeks for repair.Windows not cleaned properly, hard to see out of and inside not cleaned properly. The rims are stained where the wash was not cleaned off in some places. There is still yellow marker on the front black grill,tiny bit on bonnet on top of grill not painted properly, same as on front left sensor. Also left panel not painted correctly. Overspray on front passenger door.read more

NRMA repair. Couldn't be happier with the repair on the car which became complex with fault codes that appeared (before... the repair), as a result of the accident damaging sensors. Mirror and door repaired to the highest standard. All codes removed and car back to normal. Thanks to the team there, special mention to Melissa who helped manage the booking around a complex time for our family.read more

NRMA provided smash repairs... absolutely lost for words, no care for quality of work including overspray on panels,... pieces under the hood broken after the fact, misaligned panels on top of panels not being secured.When asked directly about all of the above, there was no care no responsibility, told "you don't know what you're talking about".Office workers lovely but mechanics have absolutely 0 customer care. Haven't met 2 people so arrogant in my lifetime.read more

Allianz was exceptional, pity their preferred repairer wasn't. Booked in on 9th April, told to arrange hire car for 2... weeks and it would be completed well before then, rang 14th April and was told still on progress because of Anzac day. Closed Anzac day and the following day, rang again on 30th April and told it would be started tomorrow.Rang 6th May and told it should be ready close of business on the 10th May, surprised when I got a call on the 9th to say it was complete.Maybe the insurance company got on their case after I had to extend the hire car for the 3rd time.Should have read some of their reviews, maybe I would have chosen another repairer. Repair seems to be very good, but communication with them not so good.read more

I had my car door fixed due to a accident by another vehicle. I took the opportunity to get some private work done on... my bonnet and roof. When I picked up my car I notices little bumps in the paint finish they tried to say it was normal as there is sometimes dirt in the paint and I also still had stone chips visible. At no point when I was quoted they said your stone chips would still be there after the respray. To add to more issues they somehow put scratch marks on my ute lid from what appeared to be a sanding machine. They proceeded to tell me they watched the work being done on my vehicle and the boys did not do it. They took my money happily but I still did not get the job I paid for even after taking it back a second time which I could not see much difference in what they had apparently tried to fix.read more

THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. A job that was estimated to take 3 months took 3 weeks! Massive thanks to the staff that... did everything they could to get the parts in ASAP. Friendly staff were very welcoming! Great at keeping us up to date on everything that was happening with the car repairs.Only problem I had was the hire company issued to us, SIXT. Avoid them like the plague! What an awful experience we have had! We had our brand new car in for repairs after a car... accident, and the whole experience has just been so unprofessional and terrible. Our car took longer then expected to be repaired, our hire car was not organised properly, our car was returned to us in a filthy filthy state the whole interior covered in factory dust our black interior doors looked beige they are that dirty, dirty footprints and handprints all throughout the cars floor and seats, our babies car seat was removed for repairs which we are not informed about and it was not reinstalled when we picked the car up they then reinstalled it incorrectly and I had to pay a professional car seat installer to install it which left us $80 out of pocket, when they returned the car to us there was another part they were still waiting on to be replaced and they said they’d contact us when it was in, 6 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them and low and behold the part had arrived a while ago and I had not been contacted about it, it wasn’t until I contacted them I found out the part was in and could take it in to be put on. They definitely should NOT be a recommended repairer for insurance companies!!!!read more

Service is excellent they provide taxi voucher for those who can't find their way home and back to the shop. They keep you up to date by means of text messages. My vehicle was hit by another car in a car park. The front driver's side quarter panel was damaged. My insurance... company set me up with MotorOne Autobody in Jamistown to have the body repair done. I got a message and link on my phone to send pictures of the damage. I did that and received a call to tell me I took some good pictures and didn't need to bring the car in for assessment. I was pleased with that but I felt there was damage to the wheel that wasn't visible. As I talked to the employee, I told her of my concern. She said the wheel would be looked at for damage when I brought the car in to be repaired. It's my only car and I drive several hundred miles each week. I told the young lady of my issue with waiting and could I bring it in for a wheel alignment and assessment.She could her the stress in my voice and took my issue seriously. She talked to her Manager and he called and setup a wheel alignment with their Mechanic. They did the wheel alignment and found damaged parts behind the wheel. It is safe to drive until they're able to get my car for the body repair. That's what I needed to hear!The body isn't repaired but what they did in this instance tells me they're concerned about their customers. I consider that excellent Customer Service. I look forward to having my car repaired by MotorOne Autobody in Jamistown. I'm confident they'll do a good job.read more
