I got my car fixed from them and they were excellent in their services. Excellent customer service, polite to... customers, and all of my issues were fixed. I went through insurance to them and got my car on time as promised. I was calling them for updates, and they were always happy to update me regarding my car. They did a great job on my car. My car was in for body repair it had to be returned twice it still wasn’t done properly and I had a brand new battery... taken out of my car and replaced with a 5 year old battery which I had to replace 6 months later with a new one they took my wiper blades off and replaced them with someone else mine were new and the arms of one that they replaced mine with all the paint was chipped off. My head light was not wired in when I had my mechanic look at my car this is just a few things that he found wrong and there was so much more .I took my car back to AAMI and they said that their repair to my car is guaranteed for the life of my car I can tell you what I think about that. Don’t insure with AAMI and for your own peace of minddon’t take your car to Auto One body Frankston Big mistake.read more

If you dont want a car for 4 weeks go here! Every excuse under the sun “no workers- sick, waiting on parts “ im sorry... but dont book a job in if you havent organised the material first if your workers get sick fair enough but offer the customer there vechile back to bring back at a later date instead of wasting there days with a hire car to be left with no car! I have been to motor one cranbourne multiple times and always had a 5-7 day turn around and positive experience! Will never ever return here and have told all family and friends about my experience toread more

Thank you to the team at Frankston Accident Repair Centre. The front desk staff are friendly, personable and helpful.... Peter is friendly, honest and answered every question I had in detail. He went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the service and quality of work done. Also provided a reasonable quote on the spot for future private works. Insurance job sent me here and Peter was really friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They... initially missed a tiny part of the scratch but were very happy to make up for it and they clean your car too which is a nice touch.
