The manager was very empathic and helped to priortise fixing our car when I explained that we only had one car and it... was a nightmare without it having to get around with kids et al. The team not only turned it around quickly but did an amazing job. Hard to find a workshop that is trustworthy, does a great job and has superb customer service from the receptionist to the manager. Highly recommended!read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've had taking my car to a repair shop.SEVEN TIMES my car had to come back to fix... mistakes made by LAZY and DISHONEST panel beaters/ mechanics.All they want to do to is flick your car off and move onto the next one. High turnover shop. Doesn't matter if they scratched it in hopes you won't notice and accept the car.SEVEN TIMES my car was given to me in hopes mistakes and faulty work would be accepted.They had to pay for the car to go somewhere else because they couldn't do the job right.Make sure you take photos of your car before it goes in. Inside and out, cause it will come out with new scratches and dents. Make sure the work is done correctly. DOUBLE CHECK because the workers there won't! They simply don't car about your car!Only reason it's not 0 stars is the fact that management was understanding and helpful through the whole situation.read more

The painful eyesore of a scratched up front passenger side panel and some deep stone chips on the bonnet can finally... fade away into distant memory thanks to MotorOne Autobody. It’s like nothing ever happened to my car and their bill was significantly less than my comprehensive insurance excess.They gave my car a much needed bath and arranged transport for me to get back to my office after I dropped my car off to them to get repaired. I dealt with Simon Lewis who kept me informed throughout the entire process and made me feel very well looked after.I have already referred some family members and will look no further for any car repairs required in the future.Thank you Simon and the rest of the team at MotorOne Autobody Brendale!read more

The team at MotorOne Brendale are phenomenal. Quick, thorough and detailed. Massive shout out to all the girls in... reception for being so communicative throughout the entire repair process, they gave me more information than my insurance provider before they even had my car! Even bigger shout out to Simon and the warehouse boys who took their time after I finished work to go through every photo, detail and step with me about my repairs. I have since switched insurers after this claim and made sure that if I ever needed it, MotorOne Brendale was a listed repairer with my new insurance company. Cannot recommend them enough. I have just had my vehicle repaired by this business. There was an initial issue with a breakdown in communication and... also due to the nature of the work, some of it had to be outsourced. On collecting the vehicle, there were a couple of minor issues with the outsourced work however both Sophie and Blair were exceptional to deal with and ensured these matters were rectified immediately and I also made sure I was happy with the job and both kept me up to date and what was occurring. It was good to deal with people who understood customer service.read more

Arrived at 12:29 to drop off the car, not busy at all. Said my booking is 14:30 so I have to wait till 14:30. Just a... simple drop off. Cold face not a single extra word. “Your booking is 2:30, you have to wait till then”. That’s it. What a great customer interaction!read more

MotorOne was my insurers choice for having my car repaired back in November 2020. The experience I had with them was... nothing short of professional and pleasant. The admin staff contacted me often, in regards to the progress of my car throughout the repair time. My car was repaired in a short amount of time and the repairs were of a high standard. I have since had to go back to MotorOne regarding an issue that arose after taking it to another repairer. They were very pleasant and professional with dealing with this issue and organised the repairs immediately. Simon ordered my part and it was ready to install the following day. I cannot fault this company and highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality communication, professionalism, punctuality and an overall pleasant experience.read more

Repairs completed looked great. However there quality checks were shabby as there were a few sections which were not... done properly. Faulty paint, gaps incorrect, belt mold not secured corectly, splash trays missing clips, need to take vehicle back for rework. Also the estimator when first sighted should have explained the method of repair and what the process of repairs were needed to correct the damage. He seemed to rushed and not carrying.Still waiting for repairer to ring me back for rework to be completed this was 2 weeks ago. RACQ recommended repairer. BRENDALE BRANCH.------------------------------------------------------------Repairer has made contact now and has completed the repairs there was some hold up which repairer had no control over. However they have now completed all the repairs correctly and we are now very happy, the manager spoke to me and explained all work completed clearly now.After the positive experience I had now, I would recommend this repairer and feel safe having my vehicle repaired here Motor One Brendale.
