The customer service team here should be proud of themselves

I was lucky enough to receive kindness and compassion through the process of having my car assessed here. Seeing my damaged vehicle brought back the trauma of the incident, and the team here were so forthcoming with their support and guidance.

Reception gave me only kindness and patience when I needed to return twice to collect items from my car, I couldn’t offer them much straight thinking and she was consistently more than empathetic to the situation. You are a star, and having a friendly voice and face to deal with made this whole thing so much easier. Thank you again – sorry for the nuisance – you made me feel like I wasn’t a burden at all.
