From the body repair work, paint & mechanical to picking up our car when work was completed was carried out efficiently & professionally.Clear & courteous manner of communication was received from them at all times when we enquire how things are going. Recommend 11 out of 10 service, repair and satisfaction.Have had my cars repaired at other workshops (I drive for a... living and have had several accidents, not at fault) and M1 has by far been the best workmanship (I'm pedantic) that I have experienced. 11 out 0f 10 for workmanship and customer satisfaction.Receptionist Karina excellent customer service and communication. Needed my car to be completed pronto as was booked to go overseas for dental surgery and Karina made it all happen smoothly and efficiently.Picked the car up extremely satisfied with workmanship and quality, also the car was cleaned and washed. Many other shops don't clean the interior.M1 went above and beyond in all areas. Highly appreciated and definitely recommend professional outfit. 11 out of 10 up you go, go you good thing.read more

My insurance company designated MotorOne after another car reversed into mine. MotorOne did a beautiful job - the front... bumper and bonnet of the car now look like new. They were also proactive before I brought my car in by sending me a txt link to allow me to upload photos of the damaged parts to do a preliminary assessment, given the long wait time. The receptionist/office manager Kareena was also very lovely and helpful. (Sorry Kareena for having taken so long to write the review.)read more

this shop is the best service i seen. after the accident the insurance told me to another repair shop but that shop... said have to wait more than a month. after that i chose motorone to repair my vehicle. the nice and friendly staff help me to explain how they will repair it. they did the great and fast repair job. very professional repair let my car look like a brand new. that also book cab for me to pick up my car.strong recommended.read more

This business is quite frankly top notch in terms of professionalism, quality of work, being on time and absolute great... communication skills which is surprising given their massive work schedule and the mountain of cars booked in for repair at their huge work shop. I Had my car referred there by Budget Direct Insurance for repairs. I personally witnessed Sydney Collision Centre take great care of my car in the 4 days they had it.My car has Dash Cameras front and back and after I picked up my car, I played back and observed the entire 4 day repair process live on video. My car was not abused or ill treated. It went through several different stages of repair, painting, cleaning and believe it or not they even vaccumed my car. Every staff member treated my car with kit gloves. Office staff kept me up to date with emails and SMS regarding the progress of repair. After dropping off my car on a Monday they told me that it would be ready in 4 days and on the fourth day I received a call that my car was ready for pick up.Congratulations to all staff and repairers at Sydney Collision Centre for a job well done. Please keep up the great work because if you do, I am certain you will need a much, much, bigger work shop in the future. Thank you very much!!!!!read more
